Teaching Positions in Five Major Punjab Districts
The Directorate General of Literacy and Non-Formal Basic Education, Punjab Government, is proud to announce teaching positions for the year 2023. These positions are available in five significant districts within the Punjab region, operating under the administrative authority of the Literacy & Non-Formal Basic Education Department of the Government of Punjab.
We are seeking online applications from qualified candidates who aspire to become Potential Teachers under the TALEEM Programme. This initiative aims to address educational needs in five districts of South Punjab, including Bahawalpur, D.G. Khan (including Taunsa), Muzaffargarh, R.Y. Khan, and Rajanpur.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for these positions, applicants must meet the following criteria:

Candidates must be 18 years of age or older. - Gender:
We welcome applications from all genders, including Male, Female, and Transgender. - Qualification:
The minimum requirement is Intermediate, although candidates with higher or professional qualifications will receive preference. - Domicile:
Candidates must possess a Punjab domicile. - CNIC:
A valid CNIC (Computerized National Identity Card) is mandatory.

Responsibilities and Support
Successful candidates will be responsible for registering a minimum of forty (40) Out-of-School Children, aged between 8 to 14 years and below the primary level, within their respective communities. Failure to register this required number of children will result in incomplete
