Suitability Criteria
To be suitable for the UEG Research Fellowship, candidates must:
- Be a myUEG Assistant.
- Be clinical or basic researchers specializing in gastral diseases.
- Have completed their PhD within the last five years, or be in gastroenterology/hepatology/surgery training, or have completed it within the last five years (an additional two years per child for the main guardian, up to a maximum of four years, is allowed).
- Not hold an everlasting academic position.
- Have important research experience.
- Be confident in English.
- Exist in Europe, a country bordering the Mediterranean Sea, or a country represented by a UEG National Member Society.
