The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Government of Pakistan, is looking for applications for a range of jobs across various departments. This recruitment drive aims to fill many vacant positions from BPS-1 to BPS-15. The Ministry is looking for expert, committed, and skilled people for their operation to assist in the country’s diplomatic efforts. The deadline for applying for these characters is the 2nd of July 2024.

1. The Cypher Assistant (BPS-15)

· Age Limit 18-30 Years (including 5 years of general-relaxation)

Qualifications:
o Graduation is a must, especially at the level of Mathematics and Statistics.
o Experience with computer applications.
o Minimum speed for typing of 30 w.p.m. A shorthand-specific knowledge is preferable.

4. Stenotypist (BPS-14)

· Age Limit Age Limit: 18-30 years (including 5 years of general relaxation)

Qualifications :
o Intermediate.
o A minimum speed is 80/40 w.p.m in typing/shorthand or typing.
o It is essential to be computer literate.

o 3 weeks of basic IT training Program (including MS Office) from NITB before the end of the probationary period.

6. Technician (BPS-09)

Qualifications:

o 6 months of diploma or work prior experience in LCD printers, LCD computers, laptops as well as their parts repair.

7. Driver (BPS-04)

Qualifications:

o Valid driver’s license and knowledge of traffic laws.

General Terms and Conditions

Only qualified participants are designated to take the test in writing.
Only applicants who are shortlisted are asked to an interview according to the rules and policies.
Five years of general time reduction in age are included within the limits listed. Any other age relaxations are granted as per the procedures of the Government.
The application form is completed directly via the National Job Portal website (Click Here).
Government employees may apply via the correct channels and are required to provide an NOC before the date of the interview.
A candidate can apply for more than one position by succumbing separate applications for each position.
Ministry of Foreign Affairs workers who work on a contract or contingent basis are entitled to age relaxation as well as extra marks according to the rules of the Government.
Shortlisted candidates must present original IDs along with attested copies of degrees/certificates delivered by HEC/recognized boards/universities/institutes at the time of the interview.
False or fraudulent information on the application form or false documents can result in the denial of candidature and possible legal actions.
It is the Ministry’s pleasure to terminate the recruitment process or upsurge or decrease the number of positions in the event of need without giving any reason.
No TA/DA is provided for the test or interview.
